Clothing Shipping and Returns

ORDER PROCESSING

You will receive an automated email confirmation with tracking number once your order has been submitted and processed for shipping. Please allow 1-3 days business days for processing of your order and dispatch.

Tracking details may not be immediately active, please give it some time.


SHIPPING

We ship all orders from our showroom in Wallabi Point NSW, and can ship to almost any address worldwide. Please note that we cannot ship or process orders on weekends or Public Holidays.


Shipping Australia-wide:
We offer free shipping Australia-wide. Orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post where possible as all items are able to be traced once shipped.

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for delivery Australia.

Parcels within Australia will be marked 'authority to leave' unless the shipping address is a unit or apartment block. If you require a signature upon delivery please notify us at jada@nusaindahsurfboards.com


Shipping Worldwide:
We offer free shipping worldwide for all clothing orders over AUD $250. Shipping options for International orders under AUD $250 are as follows:

International Registered Mail: $28
International Express Mail Service: $56

International orders can take 2-6 weeks for delivery.

International shipments will require a signature upon delivery.


LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost/damaged parcels.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at jada@nusaindahsurfboards.com we will do our best to find it for you. Please allow a couple of days for us to resolve any issues.


INCORRECT/DAMAGED ORDERS

If you have received an incorrect item or your item/s arrive damaged, please email us as soon as possible at jada@nusaindahsurfboards.com to let us know. We ask that you include in your email photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference along with a photo of the packing slip if possible.

We will take responsibility for the shipping costs of returning incorrect or damaged items.

Nusa Indah accepts the following payment methods:

Duties and Taxes

We advise you that all countries have different laws regarding the importation of goods and any international orders be subject to import fees of which we have no control and are unable to provide estimates, as they differ widely from country to country.

We do not take any responsibility for the payment of duties, taxes or other associated import costs. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Understanding the import restrictions and the payment of any associated fees in your local area is considered the responsibility of the purchaser.

It is at the discretion of a customs agent to release your parcel, and please note in rare circumstances custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

We recommend you contact your local Customs office for current charges before placing your order or visiting a duty calculation website such as www.dutycalculator.com.

Most countries have a value threshold on imports before they start charging duty, for example, the Australian Government charges duty, GST and various administration fees on all imports valued over AUD$1,000.

Below are some value thresholds for other destinations. Please note that these values are provided in US dollars and were valid as of May 2015.  These values are always subject to change and should be checked before placing an order:

  • USA: US$ 800

  • UK & Europe: US$ 30

  • NZ: US$ 280

  • Singapore: US$ 240


RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase, if for some reason your purchase is not quite right, we’ll happily provide a refund providing the following conditions:

  • Your item/s are returned within 10 working days of receiving your order

  • Item/s are returned in original condition (unworn and unwashed, in new condition with all tags attached)

  • Accompanied with proof of purchase

  • Return of garment has been approved via email

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless faulty.

Postage for all returns/exchanges is the responsibility of the purchaser.

You will be required to email jada@nusaindahsurfboards.com prior to sending your item/s back for a Returns Authorisation.

Nusa Indah reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the conditions above.


HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. Contact us at jada@nusaindahsurfboards.com to authorise your return.
2. Ship your original order and your proof of purchase back to us, at cost of recipient.

Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form of postage as Nusa Indah will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost on return, and your garment cost will not be reimbursed.

Once we receive your returned item/s we will either;

  • Process a refund back to you, if all conditions are met.

  • Place an exchange order for the item/s you are after (subject to availability).

If we find that the replacement garment you are after is no longer in stock when your return is received, we do apologise and will process a refund.
